The door latch itself has an internal switch if you look up into the latch you can press the white switch and the buzzer and door ajar light goes off. (This is not the L slide switch on the body)
The latch itself is worn and will not press the switch and this allows the door ajar light and buzzer to continually go off while driving, I just can't drive it like this, so is there a wire I can cut or loop to make this stop?
I have an online manual, a book and a service Cd and none of them say anything about this.
Any help you can give will help me put it back together and enjoy driving her again.
Thanks so much for your help.

Re: Door Latch and buzzer
You could probably just splice the circuit together so that the switch is activated all the time. It won't notice if the door is open, but at least it won't drive you mad.
