Hey Guys,
Love the site. Very informative.
Just wondering if perhaps someone could shed some light on the progression of the 'lude.
Had an 89' 2.0i manual for 4 years now and would really love to get it back into showroom condition. Or rather, i want it to be happy! Clean and reliable.
I used to have an '81 323 bmw and once one issue began it brought with it a truckload of other. I just dont want my prelude to go the same way.
Where do i start? Do i need to replace trans, brakes, recondition engine? do i put a 'new' engine in it?
Im pretty new to the car game, just starting to learn the ropes...
What have you guys done to yours? Would eventually love to have the car looking and performing to a high standard.
What to do?!

Re: What to do?!
Tell us a little bit more about your Prelude. What is your starting point?
I always say that mechanics come first, then appearance. Make a list of all the things that aren't working properly mechanically on the car, then start fixing them. We can help with each issue you might be having.
Once you have the mechanical operation of the car in order, then you can start working on making it look nice.
