1989 Prelude 5Speed Transmision swap..

Hi, my prelude is a great car, it runs great, but I'm gething tired at Hiways speeds.

I go 60 M/hr, and the engine is allready at 3000RPM,,,most of the times I drive 75, 80, and the RPM is at 4000RPM, a littel toyota corrolla may zoom by me and that's ridiculous...

I ride it with my friend that has a 1990 Honda Accord LX, with a 4Cyl, single Cam, and hes transmission is a 5 spped too, but at 75 miles /Hr the RPM is only bellow 3000 RPM.

my question, can I swap that Transmission from the honda Accord into my little Prelude with out any other modifications?...I dont care about taken off from a stop in a hurry,,it is not my style.

here are the numbers that I got from my friend honda accord Transmission: H2A5-1023444, hope some one has done something similiar to they car?
