I want to swap my b21a1 this summer but I don't know which engine I should go!? f20b? or h22 ? maybe h22 type s...
I want to know which one will fit the best and which one is the most reliable.

H22 is the better motor and there's a lot of documentation detailing how to slot one of these into a 3rd gen. It takes some work and some custom parts, but it can be done.

I heard that H22 type S with a integra type R transmission was a good set up. Isn't it?

I don't think that those engines match up. The integra type R has a B18, and I'm pretty sure that the B-series transmissions don't mate up with the H series.
