1987 honda prelude 2.0 si
Hello, Does any know if you can repair a leaking rack and pinion with one of those gates repair kit? Thanks

Hmmm...That's tricky. Best case is that you could look at www.hondaautomotiveparts.com to see if there is a replacement seal for that end and then rebuild it. Otherwise, it'd be easiest to just find a replacement rack from a wrecker.

Lol I got the same car bud and I just finished replacing my rack its not that hard you should be able to do it in a day easily if you know what your doing

i have the the same problem from right side i need the rack..where can i get it and for how much id like to work on it myself

Best bet is to check http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank. If Honda still makes it, you'll be able to get it there.
